📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support the HR Manager in managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Knowledge of HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
