In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to clients and internal teams,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Monitor and maintain system performance,Document technical issues and solutions,Conduct training sessions for new employees and clients,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
