📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring a safe and inspiring environment for students and artists.
  • Manage and coordinate a team of instructors and staff, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
  • Develop and implement studio policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization.
  • Organize and promote classes, workshops, and events, both internally and externally.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, class schedules, and studio inventory.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of studio activities and events.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive studio culture, encouraging creativity and innovation.
  • Handle any disciplinary issues that may arise, ensuring a respectful and professional environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in arts, education, or business.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in studio management, arts education, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, instructors, and staff.
  • Proven track record of organizing and promoting events and workshops.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and the ability to maintain a safe and clean studio environment.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for the arts.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
