📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide safety training and orientation to new employees and contractors.,Monitor and enforce safety equipment usage and maintenance.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities and incidents.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure safety is integrated into project planning and execution.,Promote a safety-first culture within the team and across the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) such as CESMM, NEBOSH, or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian OHS regulations and international safety standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse team environment.,Proven track record of successful safety management and incident prevention.,Familiarity with construction safety equipment and tools.
