In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for clear, concise, and accurate communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements.
  • Review and edit technical documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Develop and implement technical writing processes and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Mentor and train junior technical writers.
  • Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure that technical documentation is aligned with product goals and user needs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
