Assisi Hospice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Medical Social Worker to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and evaluate the social, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.,Develop and implement individual care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.,Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.,Educate and empower patients and their families about their illness, treatment options, and end-of-life care.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided.,Monitor and report on patient progress and outcomes to the care team and management.,Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance the quality of care provided.,Advocate for the rights and dignity of patients and their families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medical Social Work or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical social work, preferably in hospice or palliative care settings.,Strong understanding of hospice care principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid certification in Medical Social Work or a related field is preferred.,Compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
