📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process from request to delivery.,Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure the best possible deals.,Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze procurement data for reporting purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus.
