With 3-5 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or a related field, you’ll bring a strategic mindset and a passion for helping teams and individuals thrive.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement performance management systems using Workday and SuccessFactors.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to structure and optimize organizational frameworks.
- Utilize Microsoft Teams for effective communication and project management.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and programs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in organizational development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing performance management systems.
- Familiarity with Workday, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certification in SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus.
