CV Raya Digital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills in a dynamic retail environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor by stocking merchandise, pricing items, and ensuring the store is well-organized.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues they may have.,Maintain a clean and tidy sales area, including restocking displays and removing expired items.,Assist in handling customer returns and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory process for the customer.,Keep accurate records of daily sales and transactions, and assist in preparing end-of-day reports.,Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and achieve sales targets.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is a plus but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
