📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure they run smoothly.
• Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
