📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily culinary operations and ensure high-quality food and beverages.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and specials.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing.
  • Ensure cost-effective and efficient food production.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.
  • Valid food handler's certification.
