The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety protocols and company policies.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including servicing, repairs, and inspections.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency.,Handle vehicle bookings and schedules, ensuring timely availability for employees and clients.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members regarding vehicle usage and maintenance.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
