📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex business data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams.
• Conduct process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Provide training and support to end-users on data analysis tools and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficient in using Power BI, SQL, and Excel for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
