📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and supervise branch staff, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
