📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Supervise and mentor a team of accountants to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and other financial transactions.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and other financial stakeholders.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and best practices to ensure compliance and improve processes.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and ensuring high standards of accuracy.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and mentor a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
