📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design and construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet technical and safety standards.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.,Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications for projects.,Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.,Mentor and train junior engineers and support staff.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in civil engineering.,Manage project budgets and ensure they are allocated and utilized efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Proven track record of successful project delivery and leadership.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design, and construction techniques.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid professional engineering license or certification is a plus.
