SHIFT Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Magelang. This role is crucial in driving our recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our company's growth.

As a Lead Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing and leading our recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and developing our talent pipeline.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Manage and lead a team of recruiters to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes.
  • Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, improve recruitment processes, and enhance candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
