📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of sales assistants to ensure they meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.,Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop sales assistants on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives and promotions.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
