• Manage key insurance brokerage accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and underwriters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance brokerage, account management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in insurance brokerage or a related field is a plus.
