📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and engagement.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
