📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering, storing, and using ingredients.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Handle customer complaints or concerns related to food quality.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.,Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or kitchen manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.
