📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and performance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the management of HR information systems and databases.,Support the HR team in managing HR compliance and reporting.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR training and development programs.,Support the HR team in managing HR analytics and HR metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist HR functions.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR information systems and databases.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English is a plus.
