📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop accurate and reliable demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
• Create and maintain detailed production plans, ensuring optimal use of resources and meeting customer demand.
• Manage inventory levels, implementing strategies to minimize costs while maintaining service levels.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize SAP and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and planning activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or logistics, with a focus on pharmaceuticals or similar industries.
• Proven experience with SAP (preferably SAP MM, SD, or PP modules).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and techniques.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or another relevant methodology is a plus.
